Finding the Right Tenant

Sit back while our Lettings team works to secure the perfect tenant. We’ll:

Tenancy Agreement

This protects you against disputes over damage or missing items and is useful for both mid-term and end-of-tenancy inspections.

Deposit Handling & Move-In

Before move-in:

  • A security deposit (usually equivalent to 5 weeks’ rent) is collected from the tenant
