With the Guaranteed Rent option, you receive consistent rent each month – even if the property is temporarily empty or a tenant fails to pay.

Properties are used strictly for residential purposes, and may house a variety of tenants, including suitable local authority placements.

Everything is done through a company-let agreement, so you’re not granting an Assured Shorthold Tenancy; instead, you’re contracting with a company that manages occupation.

You sign a fixed-term company-let agreement with Apex Real Estate Housing Ltd. Full terms and conditions are set out in the agreement.

Professional Management

Apex Real Estate (your managing agent) continues to manage the property. We source and vet occupiers, arrange compliance certificates, collect rent, handle maintenance and repairs, and remain your day-to-day point of contact.

Residential-only Use

The property is used solely for residential occupancy. Suitable tenants may include families, professionals, or local-authority referrals.
